GiftFlow is a mobile application developed by Brain Spanking Media ("we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains how GiftFlow handles your information on iOS and Android devices.
GiftFlow does not collect any personal data. All information you enter into the app is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to us or any third party.
The data you create within the app includes:
All of this data is stored in a local SQLite database and local file storage on your device. We have no access to it.
GiftFlow may request the following device permissions, each for a specific purpose:

All permissions are optional. The app functions fully without granting any of them. Contact data imported into GiftFlow stays on your device and is never transmitted.

GiftFlow does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. There are no third-party SDKs in the app.
The only external interactions the app initiates are ones you explicitly trigger:
GiftFlow offers an optional one-time Pro upgrade through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Purchases are processed entirely by Apple or Google. We do not receive, process, or store any payment information such as credit card numbers or billing addresses.
GiftFlow does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). Since the app does not collect or transmit any personal data, no special data handling for children is required. However, the app is designed for general audiences and is not specifically directed at children.
All data is stored locally on your device using the operating system's standard application storage. GiftFlow does not use cloud storage, remote databases, or any form of server-side data retention.
Your data is protected by your device's built-in security features, including device encryption and app sandboxing. If you uninstall GiftFlow, all app data is permanently deleted from your device.
You can export your gift data at any time in PDF, CSV, or plain text format using the app's built-in export feature.
You can delete individual gifts, people, or events within the app. To delete all app data, you can uninstall the app or use any "Reset Data" option provided in the app's settings.
If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will update the "Effective date" at the top and, where practical, notify users through the app's "What's New" notes in a subsequent update. Since GiftFlow does not collect email addresses or contact information, we cannot notify you directly. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
Because GiftFlow does not collect, transmit, or store any of your data on our servers, traditional data subject rights (access, correction, deletion, portability) are exercised entirely on your device. You have full control over your data at all times through the app itself.
